The mediflo.ai website uses the following categories of cookies:

- Marketing — enable measurement of advertising campaign effectiveness and presentation of tailored content. Loaded only after you give consent.
In accordance with Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Act and EDPB Guidelines 05/2020 on consent, consent is obtained before any non-essential cookies are loaded. The default state of the banner is denial.

Transfers to Third Countries
Some cookies used on the website (in particular Google Analytics 4 cookies managed via Google Tag Manager) involve the transfer of data to Google LLC (United States).
Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google LLC is a participant in this framework. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are additionally in place as a fallback mechanism.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager cookies are loaded only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see below.
Managing Your Cookie Consent

- Cookie settings panel — available in the footer of every page ("Cookie Settings" link). Allows you to change your decisions regarding individual cookie categories or withdraw your consent entirely at any time.
- Browser settings — most modern browsers let you refuse, delete, or block cookies. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the proper functioning of the website.
- Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

No Cookie Wall
Use of the mediflo.ai website is not conditional on consent to non-essential cookies. You may decline consent in the banner and the website remains fully functional for browsing content, using the voice bot demo, and submitting inquiries via the contact form. This is consistent with EDPB Guidelines 05/2020 on consent and the "cookie wall" prohibition as interpreted by the Polish Data Protection Authority.
