Which HIS systems do you work with?
Unison, Gabos, MONI, Kamsoft, myDr, MEDYC and FELG Dent (dental) are live today; mMedica is on the way, and Glasson (optical stores) is available from December 2026. Beyond the HIS systems we connect Google Calendar — for small practices that book in a calendar instead of a HIS; there the appointments are written to the calendar. The list keeps growing.
What if my system isn't on your integration list?
We integrate with any system that exposes an API — including on-prem installs over VPN. Our team builds the integration inside the package price, at 0 zł, and we agree the scope and timing during the pilot with your vendor.
Is data sync real-time or batched?
Both options are available. Critical data syncs in real-time; non-critical data can use configurable batch intervals.
What about data security during integration?
All integrations use TLS 1.3 encryption. API keys have granular permissions. With every clinic we sign a data processing agreement and a service agreement, and data and AI models run exclusively inside the EU.
Can I build my own integrations using the API?
Absolutely. Our REST API is fully documented with interactive examples.
