Frequently asked questions
What is the billing cycle?
The calendar month. The package fee is billed up front; minute and SMS overage is billed in arrears on actual usage. The invoice breaks down seats, bots, minutes and SMS.
What happens if I exceed the package minutes?
Every minute above the package costs 0,49 zł net — one rate, no thresholds. If you exceed the limit regularly, the next package up is usually cheaper; the configurator shows this.
Are prices net?
Yes. All amounts are net; we add 23% VAT on the invoice. The switch above the packages shows gross amounts.
Do I have to change my carrier or phones?
No. We connect to your carrier or PBX over SIP, so your numbers and tariff stay where they are. That is why telecom charges are not in this price list.
What does integration with my HIS cost?
0 zł in every package — for systems on the list and outside it, on-prem installs over VPN included. For Enterprise it is part of the quote.
Can I cancel?
Yes, the contract is month-to-month. You cancel at the end of any month, and we help you export your data.
How is Network different from Enterprise?
Network is a ready package for several locations: 10 seats, 5 bots, 3 000 minutes. Enterprise means custom limits, an SLA, multi-site rollouts and an individual quote.
Why does chat cost 299 zł only without a package?
In every package the website chat with the AI chat bot is included and unlimited. Without a package you buy it separately as an unlimited agent for 299 zł per month.
