Michał brings broad experience across fintech, healthcare, and crypto — building products that serve millions of users worldwide. Mediflo combines that engineering background with a first-hand understanding of what day-to-day life inside a medical facility actually looks like.
He also shares what he has learned with the Polish developer community and works to push practical AI adoption in Poland — running free workshops and showing how to use new tools meaningfully in day-to-day work.

Mediflo started at a family clinic
Michał's family has been running a chain of eye clinics for years. Watching that business up close, he could see what a badly-organised contact centre actually costs — calls nobody measured, no view of service quality, and hours every week eaten by repetitive work like manual appointment confirmations.
Michał had been working with AI long before it was fashionable. He decided the moment was right to build a tool that not only takes those problems off the table, but consolidates every contact-centre need into a single product — designed from day one for security and scale, from a small clinic to a large network.
